We invest heavily in learning and development, with proven in-house training at every stage of your career that will equip you with the skills and know-how to work in an ever-changing world, whichever operating area (Buildings, Infrastructure or Environment) you’re joining. Our wide range of construction projects and technical resources provides you with an ideal environment to learn from highly experienced senior engineers.

We encourage you to take a three-month secondment in your first year, in an area outside of your home discipline. We can also get you started on the road to Chartered Engineer (CENG) status. Read more about our Guide to Chartership.
