As a graduate, you will join one of our three operating areas: Buildings, Infrastructure and Environment. Whichever operating group you work in, you should have – or be expected to gain – a good engineering-related degree. Our proven training programmes, which are registered with the engineering institutions for approved training towards chartered status and are tailored to your aspirations, involve everything from week-long design workshops to external courses in leadership and management.

It’s not simply a question of coming to work; you’ll go exploring.
